A formal reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the mutually agreed booking retainer (advance payment) and a signed service agreement.

Due to high seasonal demand for wedding dates, dates cannot be held tentatively without an advance retainer.

The remaining balance of the contract fee is payable as per the milestone schedule detailed in your formal booking agreement.

Anu Art Photography & Films prides itself on a signature luxury visual aesthetic blending fine-art editorial portraits and candid documentary storytelling.

The studio exercises full creative and artistic discretion regarding lighting, shot composition, color grading, curation, and final editing.

While we warmly welcome preferred shot lists and family groupings, we cannot guarantee identical replication of third-party inspiration boards.

Preview Highlights: A curated teaser selection of highlight images is typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days following the event.

Complete High-Resolution Gallery: The full suite of retouched high-resolution digital photographs is provided within 4 to 6 weeks.

Cinematic Films & Teasers: 4K wedding highlight trailers and feature films are delivered within 8 to 12 weeks to ensure meticulous color grading and sound design.

Handcrafted Luxury Albums: Physical album design proofs are shared for client approval; upon final approval, printing and binding take 3 to 4 weeks.

Copyright Ownership: In accordance with Indian copyright law, the exclusive copyright of all photographs and cinematographic films remains the intellectual property of Dilip Zanje / Anu Art Photography & Films.

Client License: Clients are granted a perpetual, non-commercial personal usage license to print, share, publish on personal social media, and enjoy the imagery for private use.

Commercial Use: Any commercial, advertising, vendor, or third-party editorial publication of the imagery requires prior written consent from the studio.

Client Rescheduling: In the event of event date changes, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date subject to crew availability.

Retainers: Retainer payments are generally non-refundable as they compensate for reserving the date and declining other prospective bookings.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen natural disasters, civil emergencies, or severe government restrictions.
